Fuel supply contracts implemented in the system

Complex solution for fuel operators and filling stations owners

  • The installation of the ViaCard terminal at filling stations allows to create of an entry point for an unlimited number of fuel operators (FO) with any kind of direct contractual relations, and a significant increase of fuel sales volume.
  • The contract balance of each fuel operator (the consumer of petroleum products under the current supply contracts) is calculated in real time. This means that it is impossible to have uncontrolled debts under any of the contracts serviced at the terminal. This scheme significantly reduces the risks of the owner of the filling station and all participants of the system from interaction with dishonest payers.

1. Fuel card holder company is the filling stations owner client

2. Direct contract between filling stations owner and fuel operator

3. Fuel supply to the customer of the fuel operator is carried out through an intermediary operator

In scheme 3 all the transactions of "Fuel operator No. 2" for the owner of the filling station are registered in the system as transactions of "Fuel operator No. 1", i.e. the actual payer of the petroleum products under the direct supply contract. At the same time, the owner of the filling station has an opportunity to keep blacklists for any fuel operator registered in the system to prevent the possibility of "Fuel operator #2" service at its filling stations for any reason.

Free contractual relationships in terms of fuel supply between all participants of the system in a single cashless service network is the main priority in the ideology of the ViaCard system as the company providing this interaction within the technological platform of fuel card processing.
